Caroline Houot has extensive experience in marketing and category development within the flavor industry, currently serving as Global Taste Competence Manager for Vanilla at Symrise AG since January 2012. Key responsibilities include the development of global vanilla positioning, execution of communication plans, and innovation promotion. Caroline has also managed portfolio activities and provided consultancy on raw material consumption. Previous roles include category development assistance and junior marketing management, focusing on regional marketing events and consumer insights analysis. Earlier experience includes an internship at ERAI MONDE, where Caroline specialized in customer service and trade partner prospecting for the German market. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Management from ICN Business School and participated in a foreign exchange program at the University of Mannheim.
