Kapil Kulshrestha is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at symplr since January 2022, Kapil previously held multiple roles at NextGen Healthcare from April 2014 to January 2022, including Software Development Manager, Senior Staff Engineer, and Technical Lead. Prior to that, Kapil worked at Cisco Systems as an Engineer II in Software Engineering from December 2011 to April 2014, and at Headstrong in various capacities from January 2008 to November 2011. Early career roles included Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at Dayalbagh Educational Institute in Agra. Kapil earned a Ph.D. in Optical Computing and Its Applications in Computer Science from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, completing the degree from 2004 to 2008.
