Alma Santiago has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alma started their career in the US Army, serving as a Signal Support Systems Specialist from 2005 to 2011. After their military service, they worked at Nestle Health Science - Pamlab Development as a Quality Assurance Analyst Intern and later as a Software QA Analyst from 2013 to 2017. At ProCare Rx, they held the position of Application Design/QA Analyst from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for auditing new group implementations and system modifications. From 2018 to 2020, Alma worked at TractManager, Inc as a Lead Test Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the development and success of the test team, ensuring the quality of work and executing automated test cases. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Test Engineer at symplr, starting from 2020.

Alma Santiago's education history includes a Master of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University-Georgia, completed from 2012 to 2014.
