Joel Cordesses has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and software development field. Joel is currently serving as a Tech Lead at Symphony since 2022. Before that, they worked at Amadeus IT Group for over 15 years, where their roles included Manager Middleware and DevOps from 2018 to 2022, Unit Manager in Customer Centricity Development from 2013 to 2018, Unit Manager in Rail Development from 2010 to 2013, and Software Engineer from 2007 to 2010. Prior to their time at Amadeus IT Group, Joel worked as a Software Development Engineer at Diva Network, specializing in C++ middleware, authentication server, printing, and middleware components. Joel also completed a research internship at Dassault Systemes in 2003. Overall, Joel has a strong background in software development, management, and research in the technology industry.

Joel Cordesses began their education in 2000 and completed it in 2003 at Centrale Lille, where they studied Computer Science and Network Systems. Joel has also obtained several certifications, including "Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure en Français" from Coursera in December 2021, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in August 2020, and "SAFe 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2020.
