Graig Gold has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Graig most recently worked at Symphony as the US Head of Support, C9, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Disney Streaming Services as a Technical Support Manager from March 2018 to June 2022. Before joining Disney, Graig worked at Major League Baseball Advanced Media, where they held multiple roles including Service Desk Analyst from January 2015 to March 2018, Service Desk Analyst from April 2013 to December 2014, Help Desk Intern from September 2012 to March 2013, System Architect Intern from May 2012 to August 2012, and IT Intern from November 2011 to May 2012.
From 2007 to 2011, Graig Gold attended the University at Buffalo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems.
