Norman Heizmann started their work experience in 2006 as the South NA CMS Technology Installation Operations Manager at Johnson Controls Inc. Norman worked in this role until 2021. In 2021, they also founded their own company called Heizmann Technology & Construction Services LLC, where they serve as President. Heizmann joined Symphony Technology Solutions in August 2021 as the Director of Project Management and later became the Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer at Symphony Technology Solutions, starting from January 2023.

Norman Heizmann obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering from Valencia College, where they studied from 1982 to 1984.
