Olivier Jouin has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Olivier is currently working as a Project Lead at Symphony RetailAI since September 2020. Prior to this, they were the Business Owner at Natilia from August 2017 to August 2020.

Before their role at Natilia, Olivier worked at CFAO - RETAIL as the Responsable IT Brands, where they were responsible for setting up the IT system for a network of 12 franchise stores. Olivier joined CFAO - RETAIL in 2014 and left in 2017.
