Sierra Ballou, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Symphona since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles such as a Certified Nursing Assistant at St. John's Nursing Home, where responsibilities encompassed documenting patient progress and managing new hires, and a Teacher Assistant at The Childrenā€™s School at URMC, focusing on co-creating lesson plans and supervising young children. Sierra also held positions as a Residential Advisor at the University of Rochester, managing residents' concerns, an Alumni Relations Coordinator at Rochester Academy Charter School, enhancing alumni engagement, and a Program Assistant in the Infection Prevention Program at Strong Memorial Hospital, where data documentation for hygiene practices was performed.
