Mette Høgh Sørensen has a diverse work experience in the field of bioanalysis and pre-clinical development. Mette currently serves as a Principal Scientist at Symphogen, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lundbeck as a Principal Scientist from April 2021 to September 2022, and as a Primary Bioanalytical Scientist from May 2019 to April 2021.

Mette started their career at Statens Serum Institut, where they held various roles from August 2000 to June 2008. This includes working as a Team Leader, Analysis Chemist in Bacterial Vaccine Control, Temporary Team Leader in QC for plasma products, and Analysis Chemist in QC for plasma products control. Mette was involved in optimizing and validating analysis methods, managing projects, and preparing regulatory documents.
