Victor Baddour is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Forward Deployed Engineering, Head of Customer Success, and Principal Solutions Architect at Symmetry Systems since July 2022. Prior to this, Victor held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Qintel from 2021 to June 2022 and co-founded Seclytics, where the company developed predictive technology for cyber-attack origins with high accuracy. Victor's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Websense from July 2013 to July 2015, managing a global development team for Websense Security Labs. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
