Chad Cline has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chad started their career at Ernst & Young in 1994, where they worked as a Manager until 2001. Following this, they joined JDA Software as a Senior Director, Revenue, a role they held for over a decade until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to Aspect Software, assuming the position of Director of Revenue until 2017. Chad then joined Pursuit Advisory Group, LLC as an Associate in 2017 before taking on the role of CFO at Symmetry Software in 2018. Additionally, they have also been actively involved with Republic Bank of Arizona, serving as a Founding Director from 2007 to 2013, Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2018, and currently as Vice Chairman of the Board since June 2018.

Chad Cline attended the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting.
