Chris M. has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Senior Casting Engineer and manager of the Foundry Engineering Department at Symmetry Medical since October 2002. Responsibilities include overseeing New Product Implementation, tooling, process and manufacturing engineering, as well as the quality control system. Notably, in 2009, Chris M. contributed to a successful initiative aimed at improving the foundry's profitability during a critical period. Previously, Chris M. held the position of Shell Manager at Doncasters Group Limited from 1998 to 2002, managing a team of 18 and ensuring health and safety, quality, process control, delivery, inventory, and productivity at a medium-sized investment casting foundry. Chris M. possesses a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) HND in Materials Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has completed additional training at Sheffield College and Lavender International NDT Training School.
