Madison DeHaven has a varied work experience in the architectural field. They started as a Barista at The Cup from September 2017 to May 2019. In 2018, they worked as an Architectural Summer Intern at SMMA for three months. From January to May 2019, Madison was a Digital Design Mentor at Ball State University. They then had two more architectural summer internships - one at GGLO Design from June to August 2019, and another at Lancer + Beebe, LLC from June to August 2020. Madison also had an internship as a Diversity & Inclusion Intern at NAIOP Washington State Chapter in July and August 2019. From September 2019 to May 2021, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Currently, Madison is employed as an Architectural Designer at SMMA since May 2021. Additionally, they will be an Adjunct Professor at Digital Ready from January to June 2023.

Madison DeHaven completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Ball State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Architecture degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, from 2019 to 2021.
