Josh Delaplain-Zook started their work experience in 2017 at Interconnect Computer Cabling Services, Inc. as a Telecommunications Installer. Josh worked in this role from March 2017 to February 2019. In February 2019, they joined SMMA as a Telecommunications Designer, where they are currently employed.

Josh Delaplain-Zook attended the University of Hartford from 2012 to 2016. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Audio Engineering Technology during their time there.
