Subhashree Nanda has a diverse range of work experience. Subhashree is currently working at Symetra as a Lead Data Analyst. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Data Analyst at the same company. Prior to Symetra, Subhashree worked at Microsoft for several years. At Microsoft, they served as a Data Analyst II and Data/Business Analyst II, where they were responsible for creating insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI. Subhashree also worked as a Data Analyst in HP's Marketing team, where their responsibilities included market research and analyzing sales data. Subhashree also has experience as a Database Manager and Child Sponsor Coordinator at Songea's Kids, a non-profit organization supporting orphans and vulnerable children in Tanzania. Subhashree has also worked as a Research Analyst at EIF and Salvation Army, where they conducted quantitative analyses and performed statistical tests. Additionally, Subhashree served as a Research Analyst at DFW International Community Alliance, where they designed survey questionnaires and analyzed data.

Subhashree Nanda earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Statistics, Research Methodology, and Applied Econometrics from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Economic and Demographic Data Analysis from the same university in 2009. Subhashree also holds certifications in Python for Data Science Essential Training Part 1, Advanced Microsoft Power BI, and Learning Adobe Reports and Analytics from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being completed in 2022.
