Nikki Fields has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Lead Financial Analyst at Symetra since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SCOR from 2014 to 2023, serving as a Manager in Statutory Financial Reporting. In this role, they were responsible for preparing quarterly and annual reports for multiple reporting bases. Before joining SCOR, Nikki worked as a Contract Accountant at Sherpa from 2013 to 2014, where they assisted with research projects and supported year-end audits. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Senior Accountant at The Baltimore Life Insurance Company, focusing on preparing financial statements and managing month-end closing processes. Nikki also worked as a Senior Accountant at Group Dental Service, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, where they handled company payables and receivables, regulatory filings, and tax preparation tasks.

Nikki Fields attended High Point University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting.
