Michaela Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and training within the insurance and restaurant industries. Currently serving as Unit Manager at Symetra since March 2019, Michaela is responsible for leading and developing a team of over six employees to achieve performance objectives in quality and production. Previous roles at Symetra include Agency Operations Lead, where Michaela coordinated workflow and promoted process improvements, and Training Specialist, delivering comprehensive training programs for staff. Prior to Symetra, Michaela held positions such as Server at Maggiano's Little Italy and Corporate Trainer at Brinker International, where responsibilities included training team members and fostering a positive workplace culture.
