Courtney Ellis has a strong background in the financial industry. Courtney started their career at National City Mortgage in 2003 as an Account Executive and worked there until 2007. Courtney then joined Key Bank as a Branch Manager from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they joined Symetra, where they held various roles including Regional Wholesaler, Internal Sales Manager, Assistant Director, AVP Internal Sales & Distribution, and currently serves as the VP Internal Sales & Distribution, Retirement Division. Courtney has been with Symetra since 2012.

Courtney Ellis holds a Master's degree in Banking & Financial Services Management from Boston University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Clemson University (1999-2003).
