Shikha Banta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shikha started their career in 2007 as a Guest Service Representative at Habtoor Hospitality. Shikha then progressed in the hospitality industry and worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa from 2008 to 2009. Shikha later took on the role of Assistant Guest Services Manager at the same company until 2011.

In 2011, Shikha joined Grosvenor House Dubai as a Guest Services Manager before transitioning to TIME Hotels, where they served as a Front Office Manager from 2011 to 2014. Shikha then moved into a Training & Development Manager role at TIME Hotels until 2015.

After their time in the hospitality industry, Shikha entered the business operations field as a Business Operations Manager at Moon Rabbit Strategy from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Shikha began their career in recruitment, starting at Access | Information Management as a Recruiter. Shikha then worked as a Recruiter at Eze Software (SS&C Eze) and Better.com, both through Hub Recruiting, from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Shikha holds a role as a Corporate Technical Recruiter at Symbotic, starting in 2022.

Shikha Banta completed their degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management Systems from Niagara College in 2008. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, General from Lady Irwin College. Shikha'seducation also includes a degree in Public Relations from South Delhi Polytechnic. However, specific start years and end years for these education programs are not provided.
