Regis M. has extensive work experience in various roles within the mechanical engineering field. Regis started their career at Fimec Technologies as a Mechanical Designer, where they worked from June 1995 to February 1998. Regis then moved on to Axium Inc., where they first worked as a Mechanical Designer from 1998 to August 2008, and later became the Mechanical Team Leader from August 2008 to June 2016. Most recently, Regis M. worked at Symbotic as an Innovation Project Lead, starting in 2016.

Regis M. attended Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a D.U.T degree in Génie Mécanique et Productique.
