Peter Castelli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Peter is currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering at Symbotic since January 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Draper from 2001 to 2021. These roles include Technical Director, Strategic Weapons System Integration / Enhanced Ground Test, Group Lead for Strategic Systems Sensor Integration & Test, Group Lead for Automated Test Equipment Development, Technical Control Account Manager for Strategic Guidance Test Equipment, and Sensor Test and Analysis Engineer.

Peter Castelli earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University from 1996 to 2001. Peter later pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the same university, completing it from 2004 to 2006.
