Lea Ballo is a UX Designer at SYMBIO Agency since May 2023, specializing in understanding user needs, preparing designs, and proposing solutions based on user validation. Prior to this role, Lea served as Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist for Czech Republic and Slovakia at Bolt, where a vision for enjoyable marketing was successfully implemented, and at Loono as a UX Designer. Additionally, Lea co-founded TrickPad, an e-shop focused on inflatable sports equipment. Lea holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Corporate Economics and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business, along with experience from the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
