Arun Skariah has a diverse work experience that spans different roles and industries. Arun started their career as an Intern Systems Engineer at Symbio in August 2007 before transitioning to a full-time Systems Engineer role in March 2008. In this role, they managed wholesale telecommunications platforms and led product development for Symbio Telecommunications Products, ensuring adherence to engineering design processes and quality practices. Arun then progressed to become a Senior Systems Engineer in October 2014 and later advanced to the position of Solutions Engineer in December 2015. Arun continued their growth within the company and held the role of Customer Solutions Architect from September 2018 to December 2020. Following this, Arun took on the position of Customer Architecture & Solutions Manager in December 2020 before assuming their current role as Head of Solutions Engineering in January 2022. Prior to their time at Symbio, Arun worked in retail sales at Jaycar Electronics from September 2006 to June 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of an electronics retail store, including sales, customer support, and stock replenishment.

Arun Skariah graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (majoring in ICT and submajoring in Computer Systems) and a Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology Sydney in 2012.
