Ben Wang has more than 20 years of global IT experience, including 10 years in software product development/management and quality management plus 10 years in P&L management and business operations.

Prior to Symbio, Ben served as senior vice president of Beyondsoft and hiSoft, where he managed large-scale, globally distributed engineering teams that delivered R&D services, application development and testing services. Ben also worked at Microsoft as a senior manager leading software product development/management, quality management and vendor management.

He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University. He is based in Beijing.
