Neda Shamsdiba has been working in various roles since 2015. Neda began their career as a Medical Scheduler for Medical Consultants Networks in 2015. In 2016, they moved to New York Environmental and Analytical Laboratories, Inc. as a Technical Analyst. In 2018, they started working as a Shipping Coordinator, Marketing & Sales Assistant for JJ's Sweets Cocomels and also took on a role as an Executive Assistant and Content Writer for Freelance. In 2020, they became an Executive Assistant for Simplero, and most recently in 2021, they began working as a Business Operations & People for Sym.

Neda Shamsdiba attended State University of New York College at Plattsburgh from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science. Neda then attended California State University, Monterey Bay from 2014 to 2015, studying Environmental Science, Technology & Policy. Neda also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh.
