Seyl Park has a diverse work history, starting with their current position as a Marketing Manager at SylvanSport since 2017. They previously worked at SylvanSport as a Marketing Coordinator from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, Seyl worked as a Photographer at Seyl Park Photography since 2013, specializing in outdoor sports, live music, festivals, and events. They also founded and served as the Creative Director of Spark Media Collective from 2013 to 2017. Seyl owned and designed for Cheme Designs from 2011 to 2014 and owned Nali Outdoor Wear from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they had an early role as an Adjunct Faculty member at Brevard College from 2001 to 2005, teaching courses on outdoor education, experiential education, and leadership.

Seyl Park obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington between 1991 and 1996. Later, from 2000 to 2002, Seyl pursued a Master of Science degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In addition to formal education, Seyl also obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in November 2014.
