Artur Roza is an experienced IT Operations Analyst with a strong background in providing support for multinational corporations. Currently serving as an Analista de Operações de TI II at Sylvamo Brasil since April 2021, Artur previously held the role of Analista de Operações de TI I within the same company. Prior to this, Artur worked as a Full Support Analyst at Premier IT Global Services, focusing on services for DANONE BRASIL, where support was rendered to thousands of employees across Brazil. Artur's earlier experience includes positions as a Support Analyst at Global Hitss and Unisys, where responsibilities involved remote support and training for applications such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Lotus Notes, while also translating technical materials for support teams. Artur holds a degree in Computer Network from Centro Universitário Sant'Anna.
