Julie K. has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry. Julie began their career in 1997 as a Staff Accountant at Haran & Associates Ltd where they performed audits, reviews, and compilations of companies in the real estate, construction, and non-profit industries. In 2007, they became the Managing Member of J. Kamphuis, LLC. From 2008 to 2014, they held the role of Senior Manager/Contract Consultant at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. In 2004, they founded Accounting Innovation, LLC where they facilitated courses with a real estate focus and their goal was to have CPA's attending their classes have fun, love what they do, and embrace the ever-changing environment of the audit process with the right tools at hand. Since 2014, Julie has been the COO/Client Manager at Syllogistic Management Solutions LLC, where their goal is to have a cohesive, collaborative work environment that recognizes the achievements and effort of their Team.

Julie K. received their B.A. in Spanish with a business minor from Western Michigan University between 1992 and 1995. Julie then attended Grand Valley State University from 1995 to 1997, but did not complete a degree. In 2012, they completed the Date with Destiny 2012 program at Mastery University - Tony Robbins. Julie K. also holds certifications as a CPA from the MN BOA and CPA - Inactive from WI / MI.
