Ken Tran is an experienced Information Technology professional with a background in desktop support, project management, and team leadership. Ken currently works at Syllable since June 2023, following a substantial tenure at Comcast Silicon Valley Innovation Center from April 2011 to December 2022 where responsibilities included local and remote desktop support, employee onboarding/offboarding, and server installation. Previous roles include Senior Support Engineer at EMC from March 2006 to April 2011, and System Integration Specialist at Wave Imaging from January 2004 to March 2006. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
