Aaron Hardwick, PMP, serves as the Director of IT Operations at Assistance Services Group since March 2006, previously holding the role of IT Operations Manager. In this capacity, Aaron manages the Helpdesk department, ensuring that service level agreements are consistently met and overseeing 24/7 IT coverage for all business lines. Prior to this, Aaron worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Sykes Assistance Services from April 2000 to August 2006 and as an IT Analyst/Manager at Eastern Paper from October 1997 to April 2000. Aaron's educational credentials include various certifications from Learning Tree International in project management and risk management, as well as earlier certifications in webmastering and wildlife conservation enforcement.
