Michael A. Kappler is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in innovation and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at sykell and Co-Founder and General Manager at EINFACH MEHRWEG since December 2021, Michael also founded Buena Vista Media GmbH, where Michael A. has been the Managing Director since March 2005, focusing on investments, interim management, and consulting. Additionally, Michael co-founded SACKWORKS® and held the position of Managing Director until May 2024. Previous roles include Head of Business Development at Bonial Germany and sales management at NORMA Lebensmittelfilialbetrieb Stiftung & Co. KG. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zeppelin University and ISGM Bad Waldsee and has a background as a specialist in hotel and catering business from the Holiday Inn München Süd. Additionally, Michael attended swissair pilot school.
