Lauren Craig is an experienced project management professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Consilio LLC since May 2024 and as a Project Manager at SYKE since May 2023. Previously, Lauren held the roles of Senior Project Coordinator and Project Manager at Specialised Project Practice (SPPRAC), effectively overseeing the roll-out of SAP PPM technology solutions for the City of Cape Town. Prior to this, Lauren worked as an Account Executive at Novus Holdings Ltd, focusing on key deliverables and client relationship management, and served as Internal Sales Support at Hirt & Carter, coordinating projects to ensure client satisfaction.
