Nondumiso Mtsweni has work experience as a Compliance Data Analyst at Sygnia Asset Management since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Compliance Data Analyst at Global Investment Reporting from January 2019 to October 2021. Before entering the financial industry, Nondumiso served as a Program Coordinator at ABSIP Young Professionals from June 2017 to June 2018, and as a Secretary from June 2016 to June 2017.

Nondumiso Mtsweni completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Investment Management at Milpark School of Financial Services from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, in 2014, they studied Management Assistant at Mthashana FET College Vryheid, completing the N4 level of the program.

In addition to their formal education, Nondumiso holds several certifications. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements from LinkedIn. In June 2020, they completed a course in Quantitative Finance with R at Udemy Academy. In June 2018, they completed a Hedge Fund Design and Risk Management Course offered by Sinayo Securities.
