Anisha Naidu currently serves as the Pilot Plant Manager at Syensqo since December 2023 and previously held multiple positions at Solvay from July 2015 to December 2023, including Senior Pilot Plant Engineer, Pilot Plant Engineer, Research & Development Process Engineer, and Corporate Manufacturing Excellence Project Leader. During tenure at Solvay, Anisha supported Global Business Units in manufacturing and digital transformations, managed safety and quality initiatives, and led various engineering projects. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer overseeing batch phosphation, sulfation, and electronic grade peroxide units, as well as process optimization for a continuous sulfone monomer plant. Anisha also interned in Quality and Regulatory Operations at General Mills in 2013 and 2014. Anisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed Georgia Tech Boot Camps in 2022.
