Nilesh Panwalkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nilesh started their career as a Site Engineer with Mahavir Construction Company, where they managed the construction and supervision of various infrastructure projects. Nilesh then worked as a Project Engineer at CDM Smith, where they were involved in construction supervision and quality assurance.

After that, they joined NMSEZ as a Project Planner, where they focused on project planning, monitoring, and schedule management for a special economic zone. Nilesh also trained as a business process auditor.

Nilesh then moved on to Lavasa Corp Ltd as a Project Manager, where they specialized in water and wastewater projects. Nilesh later joined PwC as a Manager, leading multiple program management and control assignments in India and the Middle East. Currently, Nilesh is employed at Sydney Water as the Principal Investment Program Manager, overseeing investment programs and managing portfolios. Nilesh previously held the role of Program Manager for Wastewater Networks and served as the Acting Portfolio Manager for Infrastructure.
