Josh Flint serves as the VP of Human Resources at Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners John Deere since October 2021. Prior roles include Director of Recruitment, Retention and Communication and Associate Director of Communications at The Maschhoffs from July 2015 to October 2021. During a tenure at Farm Progress Companies from April 2008 to July 2015, Josh Flint worked as an Editor for Prairie Farmer magazine. Previous editorial experience includes roles at Country Journal Publishing, St. Clair County Journal, and Belleville Journal, where journalistic skills were developed through writing and editing a wide array of articles. Josh Flint earned an MBA in Business Analytics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2019 and a B.A. in Communication: Journalism from Truman State University in 2004.
