Maria Christina Rosema has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist at SYDENHAM Laboratories, Inc. since June 2016. Previously, Maria worked as an HR Assistant at HOCHENG PHILIPPINES CORPORATION and as Recruitment Staff at Optis Philippines Inc., where responsibilities included sorting resumes, arranging interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Earlier roles included Human Resource Assistant at Premier Creative Packaging Inc., where Maria provided manpower assistance and conducted employee orientations, and Human Resource Staff at Lyceum of the Philippines University - Cavite Campus, focusing on job advertising and application processing. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas.
