With a history working in companies like Konica Minolta, KeySentry, Sultron Design and Consulting CC, and Sybrin, Roland's expertise ranges from database applications and POS systems to biometric data access control. Currently serving as Director and Business Unit Head at Sybrin, Roland oversees the day-to-day management and systems design of the Development Services Business Unit, along with the architecture of the Sybrin Framework.
