Claudio Tanco is an experienced construction and real estate professional with a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Belgrano. Currently serving as Sites Coordinator at SYASA since June 2017, Claudio is involved in construction management for high-rise residential and office buildings. Previously, Claudio led the retail network expansion program at AT&T, managing the opening of 400 new stores annually post-acquisition. As Chief Operating Officer at LaSalle Investment Management, Claudio oversaw the investment performance of various real estate portfolios and executed business plans. Claudio's background also includes roles as a Market Specialist at JLL, focusing on investment project structuring, and as Latin America Head of Corporate Real Estate at HSBC, where portfolio management and global strategy implementation were key responsibilities. Additionally, Claudio gained experience in business development and project negotiation at Hochtief Construcciones y Desarrollo de Proyectos.
