Victor Teja currently serves as the Chief Retail Officer at Syailendra Capital since January 2024. Previously, Victor held the position of Head of Retail Banking at PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk from September 2020 to January 2024. With an extensive career at PT Bank UOB Indonesia from March 2014 to September 2020, Victor progressed through various leadership roles including Executive Director and SVP Division Head. Prior experience includes key positions at PT. Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, PT ANZ Panin Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Citi. Victor Teja earned a Master's in Finance from Universitas Pelita Harapan, an MBA from Suffolk University, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, and a Diploma in English Language and Literature from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
