Destin Peterson, ACAS, currently serves as a Data Scientist at Swyfft since September 2020, having previously worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst in Modeling and Data Science at CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance, from October 2017 to September 2020. In this role, Destin excelled in predictive modeling and coordinated with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of auto pricing models. Prior to that, Destin held positions at Willis Towers Watson as an Actuarial Analyst, providing support for pension valuations, and at Buck as a Data Analyst focusing on pension calculations. Destin's career in the insurance and actuarial fields began with roles at Hagerty, Grand Traverse Pavilions, McDonald's Corporation, and Giovanni's Fine Italian Food. Destin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Financial Mathematics from the University of Michigan and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mathematics from Northwestern Michigan College.
