Melissa Chávez-Williams is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Sales Leader for Multifamily & Non-Owner Occupied at Trane Technologies since May 2022. Previously, Melissa has held significant roles including Regional Sales Manager for Southwest & LATAM and Territory Sales Manager at SW, alongside a Commercial Account Manager position at Grainger. Melissa's career began as a Territory Sales Manager at Goodman Manufacturing, further complemented by an early role as a Marketing Consultant at The Marketing Source.
