Mia Mazal currently serves as a Business Development and Partnership Manager and Chief of Staff at Sworkz, specializing in digital transformation for traditional-industrial and rapidly growing businesses since December 2021. Previously, Mia gained extensive experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities, the Center for Research in Education and Social Policy, and the Center for Research Use in Education from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Mia worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician at BrightBloom Centers, providing direct support to children with Autism. Early career roles included serving as a Substitute Teacher at the Early Learning Center and a Caterer at UD Dining. Mia holds a Master's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, both from the University of Delaware.
