Mandeep Sura has extensive experience in crowd management and security, having worked at multiple prestigious venues since 2011. Current roles include SIA Response Team/Steward at Servoca Events and Security and Twickenham Stadium, managing large crowds and conducting safety checks. Previous experience includes managing crowds during high-profile events such as the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games and various football matches with Sword Security Group. Mandeep has also served at Leyton Orient Football Club and The Kia Oval, ensuring spectator safety and site rule compliance. Earlier work includes a volunteer position at Active Newham and various roles at Tesco, demonstrating strong customer service and team leadership skills.
