Paulo Silva Alves is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Sword Health since December 2022, Paulo has previously held significant positions such as Marketplace Operations & Strategy Manager at Worten Portugal, where leadership in the integration of Dott and the implementation of a two-hour delivery service were key achievements. Prior experience at Dott as Buyer Operations & Strategy Manager and Strategy & Operations Trainee involved designing and optimizing processes that enhanced client satisfaction and operational performance. Leadership skills were demonstrated at AGE-i-FEUP as Events & Logistics Team Leader, overseeing a team responsible for events targeting over 300 students. Paulo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed an Erasmus program at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
