David DeJongh is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Clinical Operations Team Lead at Sword Health since December 2022, leading a team of over 45 remote physical therapists and achieving a 50% improvement in productivity while scaling the operation threefold. Previously, David held the role of Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services at Advocate Health Care, overseeing two ambulatory clinics and coordinating coverage across a geographical area of 12 clinics. David's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Physical Therapist at Aurora Health Care, where two performance programs were initiated, and as a Physical Therapist at multiple institutions including Comprehensive Hand & Rehabilitation and Sister Kenny Rehab Institute. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin, a Doctor's Degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
