Carolina Bravo has extensive experience in implementation management, customer success, and partnership development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Sword Health since September 2021, Carolina previously held roles at Cleo and the Planet Water Foundation, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Director of Digital Initiatives & Operations. Prior experience includes coordinating patient education programs at UCSF/San Francisco General Hospital and supporting development initiatives at the New York Academy of Sciences. Carolina's background also encompasses nutrition education with the New York City Department of Health and research assistance at Columbia University, complemented by a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and dual bachelor's degrees in Nutritional Sciences and Spanish from the University of Connecticut.
