Raphael Mushani has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2018, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Rukuru Mining Ltd. The following year, they joined FISID Limited Company as a Mineral Engineer. In 2020, they transitioned to Farmers Engineering Services (FES) as a Drone Pilot and Maintenance Engineer, where they were responsible for mapping, surveying, flight path generation, and pesticide spraying using drones. In 2022, they joined Jedsy as a Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing glider assembly and production, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring the quality of the gliders.
