Miranda Sullivan, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Miranda started their career as a Second Assistant Front End Manager at MENARDS INC in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Miranda then became an Office Manager at Farmers Insurance from November 2011 to February 2015. Following that, they worked as an Office Manager at HealthSource Chiropractic Progressive Rehab & Wellness from February 2015 to March 2016. Miranda then gained HR experience as an HR Intern at Zonta International from May 2016 to August 2016, and later as an HR Intern at Schneider Electric from September 2016 to May 2017. Miranda joined Swoon, an award-winning staffing agency, in May 2017 and had various roles including HR Specialist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Swoon. Miranda has a proven track record of placing top talent and has also been involved in various HR activities such as onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, training, and benefits management.

Miranda Sullivan, PHR, has a diverse education history. In 2003, they graduated from Plainfield South High School with a high school diploma in General Studies. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Joliet Junior College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2015, Miranda Sullivan enrolled at Lewis University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, completing their studies in 2017. Moving forward in their career, Miranda obtained an Allyship Certification from Swoon Staffing in 2022. Additionally, in 2019, Miranda earned the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
