Andrew Freeman is a seasoned professional in recruitment and engagement, currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Swoon since June 2021, where innovative recruitment methods have established a strong track record with Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions that focused on student engagement, including Senior Engagement Associate at Metro Chicago Hillel, where engagement and recruitment efforts led to substantial increases in student participation. As Youth Director at Beth El Synagogue, Andrew successfully oversaw programming for Jewish teens and significantly boosted membership and participation rates. Andrew began a career nurturing youth as a Counselor at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. An alumnus of Binghamton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Andrew also completed the Nativ College Leadership Program in Israel.
